Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Candidate must be from Financial Inclusion background having visionary approach towards business also having sound knowledge of FI parameters.
2) Candidate must have good communication skill in Hindi & English.
3) Candidate must have experience of Team Handling and provide guidance & support to team Members towards achievement of Targets.
4) Representing the business to new clients in order to expand business.
5) Monitoring and ensuring productivity and profitability by ensuring target achievements of the Team members.
