Job Profile – Relationship Manager – TASC
Location – Delhi & Kolkata
Responsibility – We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to join our TASC team. In this role, you will cultivate and manage relationships with members, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding member needs, promoting club activities, and facilitating networking opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster strong relationships with members and stakeholders.
Organize and promote club events and initiatives.
Address member inquiries and provide excellent support.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance member experience.
Identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in member relations or community engagement.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
