About the Role: BBWC – RM

The BBWC – RM (Branch Banking and Wealth Customers – Relationship Manager) role is designed for professionals who are passionate about customer relationship management and are ready to lead. Key Responsibilities

As a BBWC – RM, you will be responsible for:

  1. Acquisition of New Asset Relationships
    • Identify potential clients and onboard new asset relationships to grow the bank’s portfolio.
    • Build a robust pipeline of high-net-worth and business customers.
  2. Portfolio Management
    • Manage a portfolio of 30-40 BBG (Business Banking Group) relationships.
    • Provide personalized banking solutions to address clients’ financial needs and goals.
  3. Market Scoping
    • Analyze the market to identify high-potential customers and business opportunities.
    • Establish strong relationships within the community to enhance the bank’s visibility.
  4. Cross-Selling
    • Ensure cross-selling of a complete range of liabilities and third-party products (TPP).
    • Promote comprehensive banking solutions that cater to the diverse needs of customers.

What HDFC Bank is Looking For

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduation in any stream is required.
  • A strong academic foundation will be an advantage.

Work Experience

  • 3-10 years of experience in banking and sales.
  • Prior experience managing client relationships and business portfolios will be preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

  • A solid understanding of basic banking functions and the overall economy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Preferred Candidates

  • Local candidates from Udaipur, Bhilwara, or Banswara are preferred for this role.
