💼 Experience Required: 3 – 5 years in Credit (Micro LAP / LAP / Home Loan / Secured Business Loan)
👥 Team Handling Experience: Preferred

📌 Job Responsibilities
As an Area Credit Manager, your role will involve:
✔️ Loan Appraisal & Processing – Evaluate loan applications, analyze financial data, and approve/reject applications based on risk assessment.
✔️ Credit Policy & Underwriting – Ensure compliance with credit policies and perform detailed financial evaluations.
✔️ Team Management – Lead a team of credit officers and guide them in loan processing and credit assessment.
✔️ Risk Management – Monitor loan portfolios, assess risks, and minimize defaults.
✔️ Customer Interaction – Work closely with customers and the sales team to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
📌 What We Are Looking For?
✅ Strong experience in loan appraisal, underwriting, and credit processing.
✅ Good knowledge of credit policies in Micro LAP / LAP / Home Loan / Secured Business Loans.
✅ Leadership skills – Candidates with team-handling experience will be preferred.
✅ Immediate joiners & candidates willing to relocate are highly preferred.
