β Candidate Requirements
- Age: Up to 28 years old
- Experience: Added advantage if previously handled secured loans such as HL (Home Loans), LAP (Loan Against Property), CV (Commercial Vehicle Loans), or AL (Auto Loans)
- Technical Skills: Must have working knowledge of data management tools in Excel such as:
- VLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Basic data analysis functions
- Preference: Local candidates from the respective locations will be prioritized
π Key Responsibilities
- Managing overdue collections and recovery efforts
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies
- Coordinating with field teams to achieve collection targets
- Reporting and data analysis using Excel to track portfolio performance
