Who Can Apply?

- Must have proven expertise in loan file assessment, risk analysis, and decision-making for home loan and LAP products.
For Freshers
- Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance)
- Should have good analytical skills, financial knowledge, and eagerness to learn credit underwriting in the housing finance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and verify loan applications in HL/LAP verticals.
- Conduct detailed analysis of creditworthiness, including income assessment, property valuation, and repayment capacity.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Identify and mitigate credit risks while maintaining healthy portfolio quality.
