Position Overview: TA & TM Partner
The TA & TM Partner role is designed for professionals with relevant banking or NBFC experience who want to contribute to the bank’s mission of supporting micro-businesses and small entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities
As a TA & TM Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Driving Micro Business Loan Growth
- Assist in the acquisition of new customers for micro-business loans.
- Retain and manage existing clients by offering tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Market Development
- Identify business opportunities within Udaipur and surrounding areas.
- Expand the bank’s reach by understanding local market dynamics and building long-term relationships.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Collaborate with clients to understand their loan requirements and ensure smooth loan processing.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to strengthen trust and loyalty.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with AU Bank’s policies.
- Maintain updated records and assist in risk management practices for micro-loan disbursement.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification
- An MBA from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- Experience
- Minimum of 2–5 years of professional experience, preferably in NBFC or banking sectors.
- Familiarity with micro-business loans or small business financing will be an added advantage.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on meeting targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates who are local to Udaipur will be preferred, as they bring valuable knowledge of the market and customer needs.
