📌 Job Role

Personal Banker – Outbound

This role focuses on customer servicing, sales, relationship building, and cross-selling of banking products. It is a mix of service excellence and sales performance, making it a perfect role for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers and achieving targets.


📍 Job Locations

The hiring is open for the following locations:

  • Jaipur – Sanganer, Jagatpura, Jawahar Nagar
  • Ajmer
  • Beawar

Local candidates from these areas will get preference.


💼 Grade & Salary

  • Grade: Deputy Manager
  • CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (as per experience and performance)

🧑‍💼 Key Roles & Responsibilities

As a Personal Banker – Outbound, you will be responsible for the following:

1️⃣ Customer Service & Account Handling

  • Handle customer service requirements such as:
    • Savings and Current Account opening
    • DMAT account opening
    • Customer grievances and issue resolution
    • Cheque book requests and service queries

2️⃣ Liability Product Selling

  • Sell and promote liability products such as:
    • Savings accounts
    • Current accounts
    • Fixed Deposits
    • Insurance products
  • Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers

3️⃣ Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve sales targets for banking and investment products
  • Work on outbound customer acquisition and lead conversion
  • Support branch revenue growth through effective selling

4️⃣ Cross-Selling & Value Enhancement

  • Cross-sell asset products and other financial solutions
  • Enhance customer value by offering relevant products
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions

5️⃣ Relationship Management

  • Support Relationship Managers handling HNI customers
  • Build long-term relationships with customers
  • Focus on customer retention and satisfaction

6️⃣ Process & Cost Efficiency

  • Ensure cost efficiency through proper banking processes
  • Follow bank policies, compliance, and service standards

Age Limit

  • Age up to 35 years

Skills Required

  • Good communication and customer interaction skills
  • Strong sales and marketing orientation
  • Presentable personality for market branding
  • Clear understanding of banking products and services
  • Enthusiasm for sales, customer acquisition, and service
