🧑💼 Role Overview
As a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment by sourcing high-quality cases, managing channel partners, and ensuring successful disbursement of loans.
You will work closely with credit, legal, and operations teams to deliver a smooth and professional experience to customers.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Business Sourcing & Development
- Generate LAP business through DSA, Channel Partners, and Connectors
- Develop strong relationships with property brokers, CA firms, builders, and other referral sources
- Source Prime and Medium Ticket LAP cases with healthy credit profiles
2️⃣ Channel & DSA Management
- Onboard, manage, and motivate DSAs and channel partners
- Ensure consistent business flow through active partner engagement
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with channel partners
3️⃣ End-to-End Case Handling
- Handle customer acquisition from login to disbursement
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for approvals
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
4️⃣ Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain high conversion ratios and portfolio quality
- Focus on sustainable and profitable business growth
5️⃣ Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activity and market trends
- Identify new business opportunities and growth areas
- Provide feedback to management for product and process improvement

✔ Experience
- Proven experience in Prime LAP and Medium Ticket LAP
- Hands-on exposure to secured lending products
- Strong background in DSA / Channel-based sourcing
