• Experience of managing a portfolio of 170 with a value of ₹100 Cr to ₹200 Cr+
• Should have experience in team handling of 6–10 direct reporting employees
• Must have experience in the Microfinance business (both Group Loan & Individual Loan)
• Must be comfortable in local languages
