Product Details
The hiring is for the Small Unsecured Individual Business Loan product, with loan amounts ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹2,00,000. This product is aimed at providing financial assistance to small business owners and entrepreneurs.
Experience & Qualification
- Experience: Candidates must have over 8 years of experience in loan sales, with at least 2 years in a similar managerial role.
- Should have experience in managing 200+ field staff and handling 15-20 branches.
- Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation in a relevant field.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing up to 250 field staff across 15-20 assigned branches.
- Developing and maintaining a healthy unsecured individual business loan portfolio.
- Driving business growth through team performance and market strategies.
- Frequent traveling is required as part of the job role.
