📌 Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Qualification: Graduation (Bachelor’s degree required)
✅ Experience: 5 – 6 years in Microfinance Only
✅ Branch Handling: Must have experience managing 3 – 4 branches
✅ Industry Preference: Only candidates with a Microfinance background will be considered

💰 Salary: Up to 43 LPA CTC – Based on experience and qualifications

✔️ Branch Management – Oversee and manage operations across multiple branches.
✔️ Team Leadership – Guide and train branch managers to improve performance.
✔️ Loan Portfolio Management – Ensure smooth loan processing and timely repayments.
✔️ Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
✔️ Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
