Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee credit assessment and approval processes for loan applications.
– Manage and mentor the credit team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
– Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the risk involved in lending.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in credit management with approval authority.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
