As a Service Engineer, you’ll be playing a vital role at Aavas to support various business functions.
· We are looking for a proactive individual who can help different teams to work seamlessly on various applications.
· He/she should be able to troubleshoot any issues effectively that the end user is facing.
· Support Engineers should ensure proactive availability, and timely resolution.
· Responsible for constant monitoring and analysis of issues/incidents and take initiatives in reduction of issues
What are we looking for?
· Must have good written and verbal communication skills, along with consulting skills.
· Analytical and Problem-Solving skills are desirable
· Must have basic excel training /knowledge
· Empathetic and Service Oriented Mind-set
· Should be ready to work for extended hours/evening shifts.
