1. Gold Loan Officer (GLO)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through innovative marketing activities.
- Acquire maximum customers for gold loan products.
- Drive sales and achieve assigned targets.
2. Officer – Assets Desk (OAD)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle gold loan operations, including gold valuation and loan disbursement through the system.
- Generate leads through strategic marketing efforts.
- Ensure seamless operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Who Can Apply?
Gold Loan Officer (GLO):
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of any asset product (Banking/NBFC background preferred).
- Freshers passionate about hardcore sales are welcome to apply.
Officer – Assets Desk (OAD):
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in gold loan operations (Banking or NBFC experience required).
