๐ Key Responsibilities
๐ Policy Development: Formulate and review credit policies for Retail Asset Products (HL/LAP, CV, and Partnerships) in line with RBI and NHB guidelines.
๐ Portfolio Analysis: Analyze portfolio performance and recommend process improvements.
โ๏ธ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to RBI and other regulatory guidelines.
๐ Scorecard Management: Develop and review scorecards for various retail asset products.
๐ค Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders across all retail asset products.
๐ Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of mortgage and MSME product underwriting.
๐ค Ideal Candidate
โ Strong experience in credit policy formulation and process management.
โ Thorough understanding of RBI and NHB regulations for retail asset products.
โ Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
