We are hiring for the role of Executive / Senior Executive – IT Infra Support based in Siliguri, West Bengal.

🖥 Position Details:

• Function: IT Infrastructure Support
• Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
• Location: Siliguri, West Bengal
• Education: Graduate and above
• Salary: As per industry norms

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Support software installation and access across multiple branches
• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for users
• Create and manage shared folders, user access, and network permissions
• Monitor and control network bandwidth to ensure optimal usage at all locations
• Troubleshoot and manage backup-related issues
• Maintain MIS reports of network storage with user details
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot routers and switches
• Maintain and update fixed asset reports
• Ensure all servers, desktops, laptops, and workstations are installed with updated antivirus and other security protocols
• Install, configure, and manage software, hardware, and network components
• Maintain the security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure across locations

✅ Candidate Profile:

• Based in or willing to relocate to Siliguri, West Bengal
• Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system security
• Practical knowledge of troubleshooting, installations, and user support
• Ability to maintain detailed MIS and asset reports
