We are hiring for the role of Executive / Senior Executive β IT Infra Support based in Siliguri, West Bengal.
π₯ Position Details:
- Function: IT Infrastructure Support
- Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
- Location: Siliguri, West Bengal
- Education: Graduate and above
- Salary: As per industry norms
π Key Responsibilities:
- Support software installation and access across multiple branches
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for users
- Create and manage shared folders, user access, and network permissions
- Monitor and control network bandwidth to ensure optimal usage at all locations
- Troubleshoot and manage backup-related issues
- Maintain MIS reports of network storage with user details
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot routers and switches
- Maintain and update fixed asset reports
- Ensure all servers, desktops, laptops, and workstations are installed with updated antivirus and other security protocols
- Install, configure, and manage software, hardware, and network components
- Maintain the security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure across locations
β Candidate Profile:
- Based in or willing to relocate to Siliguri, West Bengal
- Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system security
- Practical knowledge of troubleshooting, installations, and user support
- Ability to maintain detailed MIS and asset reports
